Michael Reilly, Co-founder and CEO of Your BNB Property, has always had a passion for helping others. After a year-long battle against Kidney Disease, while being the Captain of the Penn State Tennis Team, Michael started a chapter of Uplifting Athletes at Penn State that raised thousands of dollars for Kidney Disease research.

After a brief stint with a Professional Tennis Career, Michael joined the corporate world and most recently was a Business Development Executive for Google Cloud. During this time at Google, Michael realized the income potential of Short Term Rentals and combined that with a passion for traveling and Real Estate – Your BNB Property was born.

With a portfolio of +20 profitable properties owned and managed, Michael and Your BNB Property is striving to become the #1 Boutique Short Term Rental Management Organization in North Carolina.

Michael also has a passion for coaching and is the Head of Coaching with Short Term Rental Secrets, an Education Program for 6 and 7 figure STR Operators.
